So I visited this cafe and it is in a mall and it's not in season so they aren't busy this time of year and they only had 2 employees on which completely makes sense. When I was there the lady in front of me ordered 14 different kinds of smoothies (she should of called them in Togo but didn't) and the 2 men that were working were so efficient in their duties, they worked fast as a team and I don't know how they made that many so quickly and kept a professional attitude. Those workers should be noticed for their hard work being in the industry I know how hard it must of been and they did such a great job!
I will definitely be back! -

Terrible ownership. More than once the owner has come from the back while I'm waiting to have my order taken and deliberately not taken it, no matter how long the line is. I just left there and the poor girl working there was new, out of certain stock, and by herself. The employees all seem to want to do well but don't have any support from ownership.

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. It is by far the best place to get a smoothie. Unfortunately, this is not a true Tropical Smoothie Cafe. My friend and I are visiting from North Carolina, so I have no prior visit to this location to reference, but I was exceptionally disappointed. As I approached the counter, the female employee didn't even spare me a glance, let alone move from her relaxed, lounging position against the counter. Considering that it was relatively slow, you would think one would receive at least an acknowledgement of his or her presence when obviously expressing interest in your business. As preface, I was delighted to see that the Watermelon Mojito Smoothie was still in season per the two large signs on display, which also included that the flavor was available for a limited time only. I reach the counter, only to continue to be unseen, overshadowed by some unknown, obviously grandiose thing on the left wall of the small mall stall (I apologize for the alliteration.) After a few moments of restless standing, I was finally acknowledged, with little more than two seconds of eye contact. I finally decided to take the initiative to begin the transaction myself, and requested the Watermelon Mojito smoothie. Without moving from her casually slouched position, and in a flat tone suitable for a young, disruptive child, she delivered her reply, "We don't have that." But there are two signs? Right there? I disappointedly replied, "Oh, ok, never mind then." Even now, after it has been confirmed that she won't have to put forth the effort to make the smoothie I so craved, not a word was uttered, nor an explanation of the present signs and absent smoothies, and her eyes returned to the oh-so-exciting left wall. Overall, I will be visiting another location not far away, and I certainly hope I have an improved experience.
